We want you to be satisfied with your order. As many of our products are made to order, the following returns policy applies.


1. Personalised Products

As all personalised items are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Please ensure all designs, spelling, and details are correct before submitting your order.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order details
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the fault

Once reviewed, we will advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.


3. Returns Process

All returns must be agreed with us before sending any items back.

We will provide instructions on how to return your item if required.

Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment where possible.

Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be completed after approval.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalised items (unless faulty)
  • Items where incorrect information was provided by the customer
  • Minor variations in colour or placement that may occur during printing

We aim to deliver all orders promptly and reliably across the UK.


1. Processing Times

All items are made to order.

Production times may vary depending on the type of order and quantity.
Estimated timelines will be confirmed once your order request has been reviewed.


2. Delivery Times

We will make every effort to meet any requested delivery date.

However, once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the courier and are outside of our control.


3. Courier Responsibility

If your order has been dispatched on time, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the courier service.


4. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs will be confirmed based on your order and location.

Additional charges may apply for non-standard UK mainland locations, including:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Wight
  • The Highlands
  • Northern Scotland
