1. Website Ownership and Content

All content published on this website remains the property of Ryan Butler trading as The Mug Printing Company.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices and orders are shown and processed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

While we make every effort to ensure pricing and quotations are accurate, any pricing or quotation errors may be corrected and will only be honoured at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order cancellations may be subject to a charge depending on the stage of production and any work already carried out in relation to the order.

4. Personalised Goods

As personalised goods are made to order, returns are not accepted unless an item is faulty, in line with UK consumer law.

Please ensure all order details, spelling and design information are checked carefully before confirming your order.

5. Faulty Items and Returns

If you believe an item is faulty, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Any return of faulty goods must follow our returns procedure. Please contact us first so we can advise on the next steps.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for goods is limited once the item has left our premises.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising after dispatch, except where required by law.

7. Delivery Charges

Additional delivery charges may apply for non-standard UK mainland destinations.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Northern Ireland
• Isle of Man
• Isle of Wight
• The Highlands
• Northern Scotland

Where applicable, any additional delivery charge will be advised before dispatch.

8. Delivery Times

We will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered by the required date.

However, if an order has been dispatched on time and any delay is caused by the courier, we cannot accept responsibility for that delay.
